Sub-Sea Tunnel

The Sub-Sea Tunnel is the chief transportation gateway that connects the main body of Palm Jumeirah to The Crescent. A major engineering achievement in its own right,  the 1.4 km, six lane underwater tunnel accommodates 3 lanes of traffic in each direction, along with a service/emergency cell in between them.
