Slated to open in 2009, Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace will be a five star resort hotel set within grounds covering almost 100,000 square metres located on The Crescent. The two, 7 storey classically styled buildings will be shaped like a European palace with Arabic details and situated within meticulously landscaped gardens. 

Set within the same grounds, Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences will enjoy the same facilities and 200 exclusive residences. Homes range in size from 165 to 1,300 square metres and include two, three and four bedroom apartments, magnificent penthouses, gracious townhouses with private pools and gardens, and a number of grand villas. Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace offers extremely large guest rooms exceeding 55 square metres, each with a balcony and/or terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
